- Request details: information you provide when requesting quotes or services — e.g. project type and property details (home improvement), coverage needs and household information (insurance), or approximate unsecured debt amount and hardship information (debt settlement).
- Business partner data: company name, website, traffic sources, volumes, and payment details when you apply as a publisher, affiliate, or buyer.
- Communications: records of calls, emails, texts, and chat messages with us, including call recordings where permitted by law.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with our pages.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we and our vendors use cookies, pixels, and session-replay tools for analytics, advertising attribution, fraud prevention, and consent documentation (e.g., TrustedForm, Jornaya).
Information from third parties

We share personal information with:
- Service providers and lead buyers: when you submit a request, we share your information with the third-party providers you have asked to be connected with, as identified in the consent language at the point of collection. These parties may contact you directly and may compensate us for the referral.
- Vendors and processors: hosting, analytics, communications, consent-verification, payment processing (including Stripe), and CRM providers acting on our behalf.
- Legal and safety: courts, regulators, and law enforcement where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Depending on your state of residence, some of the sharing described above may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out as described in Section 7 and in our CCPA Notice.
4. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Consent
Where our forms request consent to contact you, that consent authorizes us and/or the specifically named partners to contact you at the number provided using automated dialing systems, prerecorded/artificial voice messages, and SMS/MMS texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may revoke it at any time (e.g., by replying STOP to texts or emailing privacy@thegoodleads.com).

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some features of the Services may not function properly. We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, but we do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally required.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Sites
