CCPA Notice for California Residents

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of California ("consumers" or "you"). It is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA").

1. Categories of Personal Information We Collect

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information, as defined by the CCPA:

2. Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information directly from you (forms, calls, emails), automatically from your devices (cookies and similar technologies), and from third parties (publishers and affiliates who refer you, advertising platforms, and data-validation vendors).

3. Business Purposes for Collection

We collect and use personal information for the purposes described in Section 2 of our Privacy Policy, including connecting you with service providers at your direction, honoring and documenting consent, marketing, analytics, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

4. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

Under the CCPA, "sale" is defined broadly. When you submit a request to be connected with service providers, we disclose your personal information (Categories A, B, D, F, G, and K) to lead buyers and service providers who may compensate us — this constitutes a "sale" under the CCPA. We may also "share" identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

5. Your Rights Under the CCPA

You have the right to:

  1. Know — request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you, the sources, purposes, and the third parties to whom we sold, shared, or disclosed it.
  2. Delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  3. Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  4. Opt out of sale/sharing — direct us not to sell or share your personal information.
  5. Limit use of sensitive personal information — where we use it beyond permitted purposes.
  6. Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

6. How to Exercise Your Rights

  • Opt out of sale/sharing: email us with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information", or enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we honor as an opt-out request for that browser.

We will verify your identity using the information associated with your request (such as your name, email, and phone number). An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with signed written permission. We will respond within 45 days, extendable by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary.

7. Retention

We retain each category of personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes disclosed above, including a minimum consent-documentation period of four years, unless a longer period is required by law.

8. Metrics and Changes

We will update this notice at least once every 12 months. Requests received and fulfilled in the prior calendar year are available upon request.
